Barefoot Meditation

Go to the beach at sunset (or sometime warm) and 

remove your shoes.

As you walk down the sand, 

clear your mind of all thoughts, except 

the felling of sand on your feet.

Notice the temperature, the 

texture and firmness.

Observe how the quality of the sand

Changes as you approach the water’s edge.

Allow the water to lap at you toes and

Observe those sensations as well.

Remember what it was like to play

At the water’s edge as a child.
