Jenny Douglass, a professional violist, event producer, educator, writer, and Mill Valley mom, will speak about what a career in music entails. From Juilliard to Tanglewood to the Marin and San Francisco Symphonies, Jenny will let us in on the challenges and rewards of playing an instrument at a professional level for over 35 years. She will also introduce us to her viola, a rare instrument made in Cremona, Italy in 1697.
